What we pour.
Ribraft is the specialty. The rest rides with it: foundation construction across TC1 to TC3, the concrete contractor side of the shop for insulated slabs, the whole start of the build for the home builder, and the excavating contractor work that readies the ground first.

Foundation Construction
Ribraft and engineered foundations, TC1 to TC3, coordinated end to end.

Concrete & Insulated
Insulated slabs and concrete work, with the warm layer built into the pour.

New Home Builds
The whole start of a new build, handed back ready for frames.

Earthworks & Site Prep
Excavation, hardfill and a site left ready to pour.
The whole job handled, off your plate.
The usual arrangement stops at the slab. We take the whole start of the build and run it, so it comes in cheaper and easier for you. The pour happens on the day it was booked, because the surveyor, the plumber, the inspector and the pump were all chased by us. Here is one of those days, hour by hour.
- 06:45
Set-out checked
Pegs checked against the surveyor's set-out before anyone else is on site.
- 07:30
Pump and first trucks in
Booked weeks back and sequenced, so the first truck never waits at the gate.
- 09:10
Inspector walks the mesh
Called by us, not you. Sign-off lands the same morning as the pour.
- 12:00
Screeded to level and checked
Levels, set-downs and penetrations walked before anyone packs up.
Your only job today was frames.
- 25+ years with a carpenter's eye
- TC1 to TC3, Christchurch ground
- Relationships, not one-off jobs
One crew coordinates the lot.
This is the difference. You hand over the plans; we hand back a foundation ready for frames. Everything between is ours to run.

Ground + site
TC class confirmed, platform prepped. Earthworks, hardfill, drainage prep and the surveyor set-out, booked and done.
Trades booked
Plumber, engineer, and the heating installer where there is one. We book them, we run them.
Council handled
Inspections scheduled and passed. You never chase a council slot.
The pour
Boxing day one, pods day two, mesh day three. The pour is its own day.
Handed back
A finished foundation, signed off by an LBP, ready for frames.

Pour day.
A multi-lot subdivision in Canterbury: the pump, the mixer trucks and the crew, all booked to land on the same morning.

A real number, off your plans.
Builder with a programme, or self-builder with a set of drawings: email them over. Mark reads the drawings himself and comes back with a real number and any questions.
Details, then the drawings.
PDFs or photos of the drawings are both fine. Everything sent here lands with Mark himself.
