Residential slab

A stepped residential slab, freshly finished, with the site graded off around it and the new boundary fences already up. The step is formed into the foundation itself rather than framed later, which is the difference between a slab that suits the plans and one the framing crew has to work around.

Handed back the way every job is: levels checked before the crew left, the site clear enough to frame on, and a Licensed Building Practitioner sign-off with the handover.
