Ribraft is the specialty, and most Christchurch sections get one. Where the ground argues, the system changes with it: engineered rafts on TC2, re-levellable designs on TC3, multi-unit pours where the job is bigger. The ground question gets answered before the price does.

Concrete and insulated slabs, warm from the pour.
The concrete side covers what a foundation crew should: the slabs, the footings, the finishing. The insulated side is where the difference shows, because the edge detail and the under-slab layer only go in while the concrete is still a plan.

Earthworks and site prep, ground made ready.
Dig-out, hardfill, compaction and drainage prep, cut to the foundation design rather than to whatever suits the machine. The crew preparing the platform is the crew pouring on it, so the standard is the one the slab needs and there is no gap between two companies.
